My Story

I am a Mental Health Counselor working toward licensure in Indiana. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master’s hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Columbus, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology through Capella University. My professional background includes experience as a Behavioral Health Technician, Lead Mental Health Technician, and Rehabilitation Therapist, where I supported individuals across a range of mental health and behavioral challenges. I have provided therapy to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. In addition to
clinical work, I have administrative and consultation experience in applied behavior analysis and mental health settings. I am passionate about helping clients build emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience through evidence-based, person-centered, and humanistic approaches.
